Pastry Sour
When the crew from Collective Rockingham came to have a play at the brewery, things got a little spicy! The resulting beer is a deliciously fresh Mango Chai Pastry Sour, chock full of the king of summer fruits and warming chai spices like cinnamon and cardamom.
The mango punches through first on the palate, carried by a rich, smooth mouthfeel. Heady chai spice lingers over the top and a good hit of citrus sweeps in at the last minute to clean everything up. As pastry sours go, we’ve held back on the sweetness, making this beer a super-moreish example of the style!
