Into the Sun
Back in 2021, the brew team did a cheeky recipe swap with Victoria’s Bonehead Brewing as part of their Trading Places series. The result was ‘Into The Sun’ Australian Hazy Pale, one of our most popular beers for the year, and our first time brewing with beerfluencer and all-round nice guy, Daniel Rootman.
Skip ahead to 2023 and by popular demand we’ve invited Daniel back for round two! ‘Into The Sun’ V2 is packed full of Galaxy and Eclipse hops, with just a little fine tuning to the recipe. Deliciously hazy summer vibes – this is Hottest 100 esky material!
Glowing a golden apricot in the glass, this hazy is entirely opaque with a dense white head. The nose is all freshly cut tropical fruit salad with a squeeze of sweet lime. The palate is decidedly light and refreshing given the creamy appearance, full of gentle malts, ripe peach and lemon zest. Rounded and fluffy on the finish, like a big hug in a pint glass.
ABV: 5.5%
Ingredients: Barley, hops, water and yeast.
